Fulbright-Hays Doctoral Dissertation Grant

Apologies for the long hiatus, but the good news is that Fulbright-Hays has finally announced the 2006-07 competition. Applications won't be available until Oct. 10, but here's a hard-to-read PDF with the program announcement embedded in tiny little black type near the bottom of the first page. The information continues for most of the length of the document.
