The Microsoft Research and Microsoft Live Labs PhD Fellowship Program will begin accepting applications on Monday, August 18, 2008. The deadline for applications is Friday, October 17, 2008. Applicants must be enrolled in a full-time PhD program in the Computer Science, Mathematics, or Electrical Engineering department at an accredited university in the US or Canada.
