Good advice for scientists

This is a guide written by an MIT student about his experiences applying for graduate school and graduate fellowships. I posted it a few months ago, but as you should be working on grad applications over the summer, I thought it bore repeating. (Incidentally, take the idea that there are only three fellowships for students attending graduate school in the sciences with a large grain of salt. Here's another one, for instance, open to UC students who want to work at Lawrence Livermore.)
