Taxes

Just got this from financial aid:

If a student did not get their 1098-T tax form, that lists the funds they received for grants, scholarships, etc., they can print this form from:
click Student Access (left side bar)
Access My Record (left side bar)
At top of page use this option: "You may choose to login with your school identification number rather than your Social Security Number (SSN) by clicking here."
Student enters their PID (starts with an "A")
Student can print their 1098-T form and other detailed financial award information from this page.
If they have problems, the student should feel free to contact our Registrars Office, Melissa Ciandro
(858) 534-0908 or mciandro@ucsd.edu.
It is her job this time of year to help students with these 1098-T forms. She is very helpful and will walk students through the website and answer any question.
